£713 Raised for Bronllys League of Friends
On Friday 22nd October we held a Charity Quiz and Curry Night in aid of Bronllys Hospital & Community League of Friends, with a third of each ticket price going straight to the charity.
Over £600 Raised for Macmillan
On 24th September, independent, family-owned business The Old Railway Line Garden Centre raised £642 for Macmillan Cancer Support. From the cake and coffee sales along with raffle ticket sales taken on entrance to the Garden Centre, they managed to raise £642.
£1,165 raised for Brecon Mountain Rescue
We’re delighted to announce that over the past 18 months we’ve raised and donated £1,165 for local charity, Brecon Mountain Rescue. Now that restrictions in Wales have lifted, we are looking forward to putting our events back in the calendar.

This year we are celebrating 30 years in business, since Mark and Christina Cleary established the business in 1990 on the site of the old Brecon to Hereford Branch of the Midland Railway.
Bingo! £1000 Raised for Brecon Mountain Rescue
Each year we choose a different ‘Charity of the Year’ which we support for a 12-month period. Brecon Mountain Rescue Team was voted for by most team members last June. The £1000 raised on Friday is a great addition to the fundraising total which now surpasses £3000.
